Responsibilities

• Independently manage ongoing financial accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Post house fees, rents, and security deposits.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve open items.
• Assist with reporting, liquidity planning, and year-end closing activities.
• Communicate with owners, tenants, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance.
• Professional experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications, especially Excel, with a strong understanding of numbers.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level.
• Independent, structured, and responsible work approach.
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.
