Job Description

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA or Landover, MD. This role is responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, and communication materials for program management services, and coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare public sector proposals and presentations for new business development in response to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring all materials meet branding, messaging, and compliance standards.
• Review and edit internal and external collateral materials, ensuring appropriate branding, and approving materials for final distribution.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Support local office leadership in preparing various marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the marketing library of standard company boilerplate proposals, presentations, and collateral.
• Provide quality control for work products, ensuring appropriate branding, content, and formatting.
• Oversee production for deliverables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• No formal supervisory responsibilities; may provide informal technical guidance or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks within a work unit or project.

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Problem-solving skills for situations with multiple options.
• Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
• Intermediate/Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deltek Vision experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the A/E/C industry is required.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 to 10 years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience supporting proposal efforts in the A/E/C industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with InDesign is required.
• Experience with Deltek Vision is preferred.
• Experience developing Social Media content is a plus.
• Federal proposal experience with SF330 forms is a plus.
