With the continued growth of our Train business, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to significantly shape and drive recruiting for FlixTrain.

Do you act independently, set clear priorities, and find your way even when circumstances change rapidly? At FlixTrain, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for a broad spectrum of roles across various seniority levels – and be a true sparring partner for senior stakeholders with active influence on hiring decisions. You will work in a four-person recruiting team with a hybrid model in Berlin (60/40).

About the Role:

• Independent 360° recruiting for FlixTrain Headquarter roles (Commercial, Finance, Operations, Engineering) as well as for onboard personnel (engine drivers, train attendants).
• Close collaboration with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders in developing precise sourcing and selection strategies.
• Active outreach to relevant talent pools via creative online and offline channels, contributing market and recruiting insights.
• Data-based steering of hiring decisions through KPIs and ATS reporting (Greenhouse).
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through clear, appreciative, and transparent communication.
• Positioning FlixTrain as an attractive employer brand throughout the entire recruiting process.
• Contributing to overarching Talent Acquisition initiatives for process optimization and automation.

About You:

• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle in-house recruiting in a dynamic environment (ideally highly regulated or high-growth).
• Experience in filling operational, technical, or commercial roles across various seniority levels, ideally in transport, production, or engineering.
• High confidence in stakeholder and offer management, including at senior level.
• Strong resilience in dealing with uncertainties and rapidly changing priorities.
• Strong sourcing expertise and experience in building sustainable talent pools.
• Data-driven work approach and confident handling of recruiting metrics.
• Fluent German and English.
