TP is looking for a resilient and ambitious German Google Ads Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. About the Role:
As a German Google Ads Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving growth for our clients in the German market. You'll act as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional, service-oriented Google Ads solutions to emerging businesses and established local enterprises. Your focus will be on onboarding new clients, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for expansion and advocacy within a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Advisory: Onboard new clients, understand their objectives, and develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through outbound calls, increasing client spend and upselling campaigns.
  • Market Engagement: Engage with the German market to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Account & Database Management: Manage a high volume of accounts and potential clients, maintaining an accurate customer database.
  • Performance & KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term client relationships and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Strategic Optimization: Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
  • Languages: C2 level German and high-level English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven sales and/or marketing experience, with a track record in target-driven environments.
  • Technical Savvy: Experience integrating AI tools into workflows and interpreting insights; experience improving CRM systems.
  • German Market Expertise: Deep understanding of German business etiquette, cultural nuances, and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal presentation skills; ability to explain complex ideas and handle ROI questions.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid business acumen for competitor analysis and market trend analysis.
