The Role:
As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be the global architect of our creator strategy, scaling high-impact campaigns that drive brand growth and elevate market presence. You will blend a rigorous, data-driven mindset with sharp negotiation skills, translating performance metrics into efficient resource allocation and innovative project frameworks. You will champion our core brand values globally and mentor a small, agile team of specialists.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at scale. Drive the development of innovative projects for positive brand growth.
- Set explicit campaign goals, continually assess against benchmarks, and enhance performance by implementing strategies informed by data-driven insights.
- Leverage data insights to pinpoint impactful influencers, refine campaigns through metric analysis, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Optimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication, efficient agreement tracking, and global influencer scouting and negotiation.
- Ensure accurate communication of brand values and philosophy through interactions with influencers globally.
- Manage a small team of juniors and specialists.
Who You Are:
- Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish; proficiency in French, Portuguese, German, or Italian is a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
- Deep understanding and proven experience working within the LATAM and US markets.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers, affiliates, and agencies.
- Strong performance and data-driven mindset and business goal-oriented approach.
- Stay abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best-fit influencers.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across territories.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup.
- Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
