Adstronauts GmbH is seeking motivated Working Students in Business, Marketing, or IT Management to support our team in planning, creating, and optimizing marketing campaigns and internal processes. Your analytical skills in interpreting data and deriving informed decisions will be key to our marketing success.

About the Role

You will work closely with management to improve existing processes and contribute to new customer acquisition strategies. This role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic e-commerce performance marketing environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing strategies for new customer acquisition.
• Support the creation and optimization of advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results and derive recommendations for action.
• Participate in content planning for social media and other digital channels.
• Plan, implement, and optimize new software solutions and IT processes.
• Support administrative and organizational tasks.

Your Qualifications:

• Studies in Business Administration (B.Sc./M.Sc.), Management (B.Sc./M.Sc.), Business Informatics (B.Sc./M.Sc.), or a comparable field.
• Structured work style & precise communication.
• Strong analytical and independent thinking skills.
• Clean and error-free written communication in German.
• Experience in project management.
• Ideally, experience with software solutions like Zapier, Hubspot, G-Suite, Slack, Wordpress, ActiveCampaign (or comparable tools).
• Knowledge in sales and/or online marketing is a plus (not mandatory).
