Digital Listings & Performance Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Digital Listings & Performance Manager to manage and optimize all online listings for our commercial properties. You will ensure data quality, coordinate updates, and monitor visibility on real estate portals. This role involves managing external web agents and tracking performance to identify optimization potential along the customer journey.

Your Responsibilities:

Digital Listings Management:

• Steering and optimization of all online listings for our commercial properties.
• Ensuring data quality, timeliness, and completeness of all listings.
• Coordination of new creations, changes, and deactivations.
• Monitoring and continuous optimization of visibility on real estate portals.

Steering External Web Agents:

• Coordination and management of external web agents and service providers.
• Ensuring consistent quality standards across all platforms.
• Monitoring timelines, SLAs, and performance.

Performance & Demand Tracking:

• Analysis of leads, demand trends, and performance data.
• Creation of KPI reports and operational updates.
• Identification of optimization potential along the customer journey.

Your Profile:

• Strong understanding of KPI tracking, data analysis, and performance management.
• Highly structured and independent work style.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and set priorities.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and internal teams.
• High quality standards and a strong ownership mindset.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
