About the Role

This is a pivotal role for a performance-driven copywriter who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll be instrumental in crafting compelling copy that converts across various channels, with a focus on the entire customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Conversion-Focused Copywriting: Create high-converting copy for landing pages, advertorials, listicles, Meta Ads, UGC scripts, and VSLs, understanding what works on Meta, Google, and Native channels.
• Funnel Ownership: Think beyond individual texts to design the entire customer journey, from initial impression to purchase.
• Audience Instinct: Connect with people, not just personas, by crafting copy that resonates deeply with target audiences.
• Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing as a core practice, analyzing CVR, CAC, AOV, and ROAS to drive continuous improvement.
• Ownership & Impact: Proactively generate ideas, execute them, and measure results independently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Response copywriting within DTC, E-commerce, or Performance Marketing.
• Proven Results: Demonstrate concrete, measurable success with campaigns and copy you've been responsible for. No portfolio without proof.
• Sales Psychology Expertise: Deep understanding of sales psychology, going beyond basic frameworks like AIDA. You know how to leverage scarcity, urgency, and social proof effectively.
• AI-Native Workflow: Proficiently use AI tools for ideation, scaling, and research, while ensuring the final brilliance comes from your human touch.
• Macher Mentality: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a drive to get things done.
• Fluent German communication skills.
