About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Hibu's comprehensive digital marketing solutions to small businesses. You'll leverage a partnership selling model to offer services like websites, SEO, social ads, and more. This role involves prospecting, building client relationships, and growing your own book of business through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Engage in cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries, ensuring each day offers new challenges and opportunities.

Earnings Potential

• Year 1 On-Target Earnings: Approximately $90,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
• Year 2 On-Target Earnings: Ranging from $104,000 - $122,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and full benefits.
