About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in selling Hibu's cutting-edge digital marketing solutions to small businesses. You'll utilize a partnership selling model to offer services including websites, SEO, social ads, and more. This role demands proactive prospecting, developing strong client relationships, and building your own book of business through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Engage in cold calling and prospecting within a designated territory to secure appointments and conduct in-depth needs assessments.
• Grow your book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through consistent client retention and strong account management.
• Conduct compelling virtual and in-person presentations to prospective clients.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships across a diverse range of industries, ensuring each day is dynamic and engaging.

Earnings Potential

• Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $100,000 - $120,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
• Year 2 On-Target Earnings: $132,000 - $152,000, with the ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
