Sales Role: Key Account Partner Acquisition (Telesales) at Too Good To Go

Your Role in Our Team:
As a Key Account Partner Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new key account partners via telesales. Your strong communication skills, structured approach, and understanding of partner needs will be crucial in expanding our network and saving food from waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition & Onboarding: Conduct segment-spanning acquisition and onboarding of new Key Account Partners (e.g., gas stations, hotels, supermarkets, pet supply stores, hardware stores) through telesales.
- Outreach: Make approximately 150 calls per week and craft personalized emails tailored to partner needs and the overarching sales strategy.
- Introduction: Introduce new partners to the Too Good To Go concept and app usage.
- Consultation: Advise partners on the best solutions for their surplus food.
- CRM Management: Diligently maintain all activities within our Salesforce CRM system.
- Pipeline Management: Ensure clean pipeline hygiene and independently track relevant KPIs.
Your Profile:
- Passion for Voice: You thrive on phone-based communication, building trust, charmingly overcoming objections, and motivating others through your voice.
- Resilience & Drive: Motivated by spending 80% of your time on the phone, you are driven to achieve direct results and consistently work towards your goals.
- Communication Talent: Express yourself precisely, persuasively, and fluently in German, understanding the language of franchisers and merchants.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to organize yourself and prioritize effectively to achieve maximum impact.
- Structure & Data Affinity: Confident working with Google Sheets and Salesforce, utilizing data for daily call prioritization.
- Team Spirit: A true team player who enjoys collaborating within and across teams to achieve shared success.
- Bonus Points: Previous sales experience in telesales and familiarity with MEDDICC are advantageous.
