This Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Preparer to join our team, ensuring smooth and reliable ETL and data processing operations. You will handle routine data activities using established procedures, while also contributing to process improvements. This role involves performing pre-validation checks, documenting exceptions, and preparing draft inputs for senior review. It's an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of data processes, understand client-specific requirements, and deliver accurate outputs with moderate guidance.

This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work convenience with in-office collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and process extracted data across routine ETL scenarios, performing validation steps and ensuring timely, accurate completion.
• Conduct pre-validation and consistency checks, flag discrepancies, and document exceptions for escalation.
• Compile, format, and update recurring report inputs, maintain reference files, and organize draft components according to client-specific requirements.
• Build working knowledge of client processes, provide clarifications on routine data-related questions, and coordinate hand-offs with adjacent teams.
• Identify recurring issues, share procedural tips, and contribute to continuous improvement discussions and team knowledge-building activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, with proven ability to handle large and complex financial data sets.
• Hands-on exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Skilled in ETL processes using SQL or Snowflake.
• Working knowledge of Macro/VBA for automation and reporting tasks.
