Reporting to the Senior Growth Director – North America, this role is ideal for an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong background in complex B2B sales, relationship-driven commercial execution, and partner-led growth strategies. You will play a critical role in scaling Purple’s commercial presence by developing direct customer relationships, opening new enterprise opportunities, and strengthening routes to market through trusted partner relationships. This role requires a balanced approach between strategic channel development and hands-on direct selling.

Why Join Purple:

  • Growth Potential: Join a business with strong foundations, a globally recognized customer base, and significant untapped growth potential.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead commercial growth activity across North America through direct enterprise sales and partner-led expansion.
  • Own a senior sales quota encompassing direct new business, partner-sourced, and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Develop and manage direct relationships with enterprise customers and re-engage/onboard strategic partners.
  • Identify, develop, and close complex new business opportunities across direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans with MSPs, systems integrators, networking partners, VARs, and channel organizations.
  • Build executive-level relationships with customer stakeholders, partner leadership, sales organizations, and technical decision-makers.
  • Position Purple’s solutions across guest WiFi, secure onboarding, identity-based access, analytics, engagement, and intelligent venue connectivity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to drive commercial success.
  • Support partner enablement initiatives to strengthen commercial understanding, technical alignment, and solution positioning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve speed to market, deal velocity, and commercial conversion through a balanced sales strategy.
  • Represent Purple at industry events, networking forums, customer meetings, and partner engagements.

Who You Are:

  • 10-15 years of experience in enterprise sales or channel management within technology, SaaS, networking, connectivity, cybersecurity, or an adjacent industry.
  • Experienced working with partner-led sales models, MSPs, integrators, VARs, or channel ecosystems.
  • A proven new business commercial leader adept at opening opportunities, building relationships, and closing strategic deals.
  • Comfortable operating within complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
  • Commercially driven, highly autonomous, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and relationship management skills.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and build credibility quickly.
  • Motivated by growth, accountability, and shaping a strategically important region.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Work Environment: Remote-first business (work from home with required travel).
  • Flexibility: Focus on your well-being.
  • Learning & Development: Emphasis on career progression.
  • Paid Time Off: 20 days PTO, plus public holidays and sick pay; option to buy additional vacation days.
  • Volunteering: 4 days PTO for volunteering.
  • Health Benefits: 401k, Healthcare, dental, and vision.
  • Employee Assistance Programme: 24/7 helpline.
  • Long Term Incentive Plan: After 12 months’ service.
