How To MANAGE a Small Law Firm (HTM) - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Growth Operator (Remote)

About the Role

This is a hands-on, "Growth Operator" CEO role, not a traditional executive position. HTM CEOs are seasoned leaders who excel at stepping into the trenches with business owners to drive massive, measurable results. As a consultative partner and Decision Guide for small-to-mid-sized law firms and businesses, you will transform under-optimized operations into high-performing, highly profitable machines.

What You’ll Do

• Embed & Execute: Step directly into businesses as a high-EQ growth partner to the owner, installing strategy and driving execution.
• Diagnose & Optimize: Rapidly identify and eliminate revenue leaks, operational friction, and structural inefficiencies.
• Drive Accountability: Translate business chaos into clear action plans and hold owners accountable for execution.
• Build Enterprise Value: Focus on profitability, cash flow, and execution discipline to scale businesses.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• 12+ years of battle-tested experience as an active CEO, President, COO, or Operating Executive.
• Proven track record of directly scaling businesses in the $5M–$35M+ range.
• Extensive background coaching, advising, and challenging business owners on growth.
• Diagnostic instincts to immediately identify business issues and prioritize impactful actions.
• A leadership philosophy rooted in absolute ownership, execution, and radical transparency.

• You prefer high-level strategy without owning day-to-day execution.
• You need polished, pre-built corporate systems rather than the grit required to build and fix them.

Compensation & Location

• Base Salary: $110,000
• Performance-Based Earnings: Up to $182,000+
• Work Environment: 100% Remote.
• Note: Candidates must currently reside in AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, or WA.
