About the Role:
As a dedicated HR Partner, you will nurture stakeholder relationships to drive the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies using the EH Way and AI-first methodology. You will optimize the HR health and performance of your client portfolio by providing guidance on HR and legal compliance, taking a risk-management approach to complex industrial relations (IR) and employee relations (ER) matters. You will serve as the "expert in the room," ensuring clients feel confident in our mission.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Expert Advisory Resolution: Resolve 100% of reactive compliance and legislative queries (terminations, investigations, disciplinary matters) with sound IR/ER judgment.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Maintain high client engagement scores and zero "avoidable churn" by building trust-based relationships with C-suite and line managers.
  • AI Integration & Efficiency: Achieve a "Superhero" rating for internal efficiency by documenting and sharing at least three AI-driven "hacks" or workflows.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Advisory & Client Management: Develop strategic HR plans, review performance frameworks, and drive employee engagement for a portfolio of 4-15 clients. Build your portfolio to full capacity within 6 months. Manage commercial relationships and provide necessary advice. Represent the HR Partner team in pre-sales environments.
  • Technical HR & Compliance: Provide "on the fly" best-practice advice on IR, compliance, and legislative queries. Manage complex reactive queries including terminations, investigations, and disciplinary matters. Conduct compliance audits.
  • The EH Way & AI Innovation: Wield advanced AI tools to sharpen decisions and automate bottlenecks. Default to asynchronous communication (Slack, Confluence, G-Drive). Participate in quarterly AI pillar groups to share "AI hacks."
  • Technology & Tooling: Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Employment Hero platform for clients. Utilize Asana for project tracking, Slack for collaboration, and the EH AI Agent for coaching.

Key Measurables (KPIs):

  • Portfolio Capacity: Achieve full client workload within 6 months.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain 0 NPS detractors.
  • AI Proficiency: Achieve a passing grade on the AI Native scenario task and contribute to one AI-driven team initiative per quarter.
  • Platform Implementation: Complete client software implementation within 60 days.
  • Mission Alignment: 100% of work must align with making employment easier or more valuable.
