About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Sales Manager B2B to join our Sales Team. You will support customers with all inquiries related to vehicle purchases. Our team consists of Sales Managers, Promoters, and Inside Sales professionals who are passionate about car sales. Job Description

  • Be part of a dynamic sales team tackling exciting challenges at the intersection of inside sales and the automotive industry.
  • Develop new business relationships by acquiring sales partners via phone.
  • Persuade prospects with tailored product solutions, making each customer contact a unique experience.
  • Actively shape the sales process, supported by coaching from your Team Lead.
  • Regularly report to your Team Lead, jointly monitoring your KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Ready for an exciting challenge in inside sales? Bring your first experiences from telesales or door-to-door sales.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at active listening to manage customer expectations, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for a unique role combining phone sales and the automotive industry.
  • Very good communication and expression skills in German (written and spoken).
