About the Role
This is a remote position that must be based on the East Coast of the US, with a preference for the Washington DC or Maryland metro area. As a Product Marketing Manager specializing in Regulated Industries, you will own our go-to-market strategy and narrative for these sectors, with a primary focus on the public sector. You will translate federal and regulated market needs into how Tinesβ platform can meet them, building the narrative, tools, and enablement to bring that story to life. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing.
US citizenship is required for this position.
What You Will Be Doing:
Vertical Positioning and Messaging:
- Own and evolve Tines' narrative for the public sector, translating platform capabilities into language that resonates with government buyers, compliance stakeholders, and technical evaluators.
- Understand federal market needs and map them back to Tines' offerings.
Go-to-Market Execution:
- Build narratives, playbooks, and resources to enable public sector and regulated teams.
- Partner closely with the field on talk tracks, events, and materials.
Compliance and Certification:
- Serve as the primary product marketing contact for compliance initiatives like FedRAMP.
- Work across product, legal, security, and GTM teams to translate certification requirements into market-facing narratives and enablement.
Product Launches and Positioning:
- Partner with the platform team to deliver product launches and releases to regulated audiences.
- Support adoption with FAQs, compliance briefs, and resources.
Thought Leadership and Content:
- Create assets (pitch decks, white papers, blogs, compliance briefs, tech specs) to build Tines' credibility in regulated markets.
- Support executive leadership with thought-leading positions on AI in government and regulated industries.
Internal Enablement:
- Conduct technical trainings and equip colleagues across commercial and technical roles to sell and win in regulated industries.
Competitive Intelligence:
- Provide technically grounded insights on differentiation to support commercial and engineering colleagues.
What You Bring With You:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, including demonstrated experience helping a company enter or grow within the public sector or a regulated market.
- Experience at a fast-moving technology company is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP.
- Comfort navigating highly technical products and translating complexity into approachable, compelling narratives.

- Approximately 40% travel required.
