E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and take on the operational management, strategic development, and reliable advancement of digital projects for our online shops specializing in construction, renovation, furnishing, and modernization. With over 10 years of experience in online retail, we operate 8 online shops across Germany and Europe, offering more than 60,000 products. Our company group is growing, and we're looking for someone who takes responsibility, thinks proactively, and is eager to actively shape our e-commerce structures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize existing online shops, developing them further with our team.
• Contribute to various e-commerce projects, from assortment presentation and product data to technical and process improvements.
• Maintain and structure product data in our ERP system, shops, and relevant marketplaces.
• Analyze competitors, market prices, assortment trends, and benchmarks to derive concrete measures.
• Support the planning and implementation of online marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, online marketing, IT, product management, and external service providers.
• Identify optimization potential in shop processes, product data, user guidance, automation, and interfaces.
• Support projects with manufacturers, suppliers, and marketplaces.
• Depending on your experience, contribute to technical topics such as Shopware 6, interfaces, data exports, automation, minor adjustments, AI-supported workflows, or process optimizations.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce, online retail, shop management, product data management, or a comparable digital environment.
• Motivated career starters with a high willingness to learn and technical understanding are also welcome.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Shopware 6 is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Programming knowledge or technical understanding is a plus (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, PHP, interfaces, data feeds, automation tools).
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar applications is a plus.
• Independent, reliable, and structured work style.
• Good understanding of numbers, data, processes, and digital sales channels.
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
• Experience with products in the renovation, construction, furnishing, or pet supplies sectors is helpful but not required.
