As a Praktikant im Business Development, you will support us in understanding internal processes, driving cross-functional projects, and making data-based decisions. You will work closely with various teams to make Pflegia even more efficient and scalable.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop practical solutions in collaboration with the departments.
• Project Management: Support cross-functional projects, coordinate tasks with different teams, and help ensure successful project implementation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate operational key figures, structure data, and support the creation of decision-making bases for management.
• Understand & Document Requirements: Work closely with various teams to understand their challenges and help transparently document processes and requirements.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Support continuous improvement of workflows and establish sustainable standards for future growth.

Your Qualifications:

• Strong analytical understanding; work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• Interest in business processes, project management, and operational interdependencies.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
• Enjoy working with data; ideally have initial experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Proactive, take responsibility, and think entrepreneurially.
• Enjoy teamwork and developing solutions together.
