About the Role

As a Regional Sales and Agency Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing sales locations across terminals, agencies, and ticket vending machines in the Southern Region. Your strategic, data-driven approach will ensure efficient operations, strong customer experiences, and significant business growth.

  • Oversee sales locations, ensuring efficient operations and strong customer experience.
  • Evaluate cost-to-sell metrics and execute growth strategies to drive sales performance.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage reseller relationships, ensuring compliance.
  • Manage agency onboarding, training, and ongoing development for offline sales channels.
  • Conduct site assessments for infrastructure, branding, security, and facilities, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Collaborate with Government Affairs and Infrastructure teams to identify new sales locations and optimize development.
  • Travel frequently (50-75%) to oversee regional operations, conduct audits, and foster partnerships.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving ability.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at various management levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Experience with bus terminal operations is preferred but not required.
  • A proactive approach to improving regional operations, driving KPIs, and mitigating risks.
