Business Development Representative (BDR)

Join Puulse Marketing as a driven and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR)! This full-time, remote position is your opportunity to be the first point of contact with potential customers, introduce our services, spark interest, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

This role operates during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls using our power dialer system.
• Engage with potential clients to introduce Puulse Marketing services.
• Qualify leads and identify strong sales opportunities.
• Book appointments or transfer qualified prospects to senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Represent Puulse Marketing with professionalism and energy.

• Confidence speaking on the phone and handling objections.
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, not required.
