Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Hostaway, a leading AI-powered vacation rental management platform, is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growth in the UK market. This is a fully remote role, requiring the candidate to be based in the UK to collaborate effectively with the team and customers.

About the Role:

  • Quickly respond to and qualify incoming leads for the UK market from various channels (website, content downloads, webinars).
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and communicate Hostaway's value proposition.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to determine prospect fit.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and ensure smooth lead handovers.
  • Maintain accurate prospect interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone and via email.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Action-oriented β€œdoer” mentality; comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills & curiosity; ability to manage high volumes of leads effectively.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot/Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
