About the Role

This is a consultative, complex enterprise sales role focused on new client acquisition for our Partner Marketing Services. You will be selling a best-in-class managed services solution to sophisticated marketing and e-commerce decision-makers at large enterprise and retail brands. You'll navigate multi-stakeholder buying cycles, craft tailored strategic recommendations, and build pipeline from scratch, taking ownership of your business development. This role is designed for strategic, driven individuals with deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, energized by winning enterprise-level business.

Top 5 Job Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Proactively source and develop your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, and strategic networking, in addition to working inbound leads.
  • Enterprise Sales Execution: Manage large, complex deals ($200K+ ACV) from first contact through close, navigating long sales cycles and multi-threaded buying committees.
  • Consultative Program Strategy: Deeply understand each prospect's business challenges and develop tailored strategic recommendations showcasing the value of Partner Marketing.
  • Collaborative Selling: Work closely with internal delivery experts, analysts, and leadership to deliver a differentiated, team-based buying experience.
  • Pipeline Discipline & Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and continuously stay on the cutting edge of the Partner Marketing space.

Requirements

Enterprise Sales Experience:

  • Demonstrated track record of closing large enterprise deals ($200K+ ACV).
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Highly consultative sales approach.
  • Experience selling into marketing or e-commerce departments at large enterprise companies; experience selling into large retailers is a strong plus.

Hunter Mentality:

  • Proven ability to source opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Self-starter who doesn't rely solely on inbound leads.
  • Resilient, persistent, and motivated by opening new doors.

Digital Marketing Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with specific knowledge in areas like affiliate/partner marketing, customer acquisition strategy, revenue growth marketing, mobile marketing, CRM and lifecycle marketing, or e-commerce growth channels.
  • Ability to speak credibly with sophisticated marketing buyers about performance, measurement, and channel strategy.

Technical & Tools Proficiency:

  • Salesforce (required).
  • HubSpot (strongly preferred).
  • AI fluency – ability to leverage AI tools for prospecting, research, proposal development, and pipeline management.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Collaborative Sales Style:

  • Experience in team-based or collaborative selling environments.
  • Strong ability to coordinate across internal teams in a fully remote environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing or marketing services sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience closing enterprise deals of $200K+ ACV.
  • Proven track record of outbound pipeline generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
