What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight.
  • Craft agendas, facilitate weekly meetings, and track action items for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed on the latest business initiatives for the Vetcove product and effectively communicate these to clients.
  • Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts.
  • Analyze account performance and create presentations to deliver performance updates and optimization opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Work with product and engineering teams to manage the client feedback loop, identify bugs, and facilitate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams to onboard new acquisition clinics.
  • Nurture corporate relationships to foster affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform.

You Should Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to Senior Leadership contacts.
  • Excellent time and process management skills.
  • Experience developing client-facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Interest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for client-facing events.
  • A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $70,000/year - $110,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations. For Colorado, the salary range is: $75,000 - $90,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary range is a good faith estimate of what Vetcove may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. The range reflects the base hourly rate or annual compensation (as applicable), and does not include bonus, equity, or other incentives.
