About the Role:
As the Manager of Inside Sales, you will lead a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on the end-to-end renewal process for Unassigned, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic customers. Your team will ensure a best-in-class experience, driving predictable retention and growth. You will foster an inclusive, high-performance culture centered on coaching, collaboration, and accountability, partnering closely with Sales Managers, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to align on renewal strategy and execution.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Hire, onboard, and coach Inside Sales Representatives, providing consistent 1:1s, career development, and skill-based coaching.
  • Own Net Retention Rate (NRR) performance for assigned renewals, monitoring key KPIs like forecast accuracy, Gross Retention Rate (GRR), expansion, and churn.
  • Lead renewal forecasting, pipeline reviews, and inspection of deal quality.
  • Analyze data to identify at-risk renewals and guide proactive, strategic team actions.
  • Coach and iterate on renewal playbooks for various customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, GTM leadership, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance on renewal strategy and account engagement.
  • Act as a senior sponsor for complex or high-value renewals, navigating escalations and ensuring positive customer experiences.
  • Champion operational discipline, improving data hygiene, renewal velocity, and forecast predictability.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS renewals, account management, or sales, with 2+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Proven success in managing and developing sellers to exceed retention and growth targets.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong sales operational rigor, including discovery, negotiation, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with Salesforce and renewals tooling (e.g., Ironclad), and a strong understanding of SaaS metrics (GRR, NRR, expansion rate).

Added Plus:

  • German or French proficiency.
  • Experience building or scaling a regionalized renewals or inside sales organization.
