About the Role

As a Technical Advisor – Training & Quality, you will develop creative and engaging training formats that leave a lasting impact. You will motivate and guide individuals, ensuring our high-quality standards are met. This role requires initiative, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality.

Profile

• Handle internal employee inquiries and quality-related customer feedback.
• Document and prepare quality-relevant aspects from workflows, internal feedback, and customer input.
• Collaborate with relevant internal interfaces based on specific requests.
• Prepare technical information for internal distribution to support and specialist departments.
• Conceptualize, plan, and conduct training sessions (and refresher courses) using Moodle.
• Prepare and present training content, including creating and adapting training materials.
• Review learning progress and apply practical examples for knowledge application.

Wanted

• Good technical knowledge in web hosting, domains, and vServers.
• Experience in conceptualizing and conducting technical training or workshops.
• Ability to convey technical content in a target-group-oriented, understandable, and practical manner.
• Experience with training or e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle).
• Patient, structured, and quality-oriented approach with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage.
• Creativity and adaptability in the conception and implementation of training content.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
