About the Role:
Join our IoT Marketing team as an experienced Digital Marketing Expert, playing a key role in advancing our digital communication, social media, and social selling initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping our online presence and content strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all social media activities to ensure achievement of our social media goals.
  • Lead and evolve the social media presence of Deutsche Telekom IoT, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant B2B channels.
  • Manage the social selling program, enabling sales and expert teams to communicate effectively on social media.
  • Act as an editor and strategic contributor for IoT-related content formats.
  • Transform complex IoT topics into clear, engaging, and business-relevant storytelling for an international B2B audience.
  • Create, coordinate, and optimize content formats including posts, articles, videos, carousels, case studies, landing page content, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance content ideation and creation.

Your Profile:
You are a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in B2B content, social media, product marketing, and AI-driven marketing. You possess a blend of strategic thinking and practical execution, with a proven ability to translate complex technological subjects into compelling communications.

Ideal Experience:

  • Several years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content marketing, or product marketing, preferably within the B2B technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing social media channels and developing platform-specific content strategies.
  • Experience with social selling, employee advocacy, or sales enablement programs.
  • Strong editorial skills and experience managing channel-specific or thought-leadership content.
  • Solid understanding of IoT connectivity or similar digital technology topics.
  • A keen ability to translate technical subjects into clear, relevant, and engaging content for business audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools for content creation, research, localization, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with GEO, AI search, generative search engines, and the evolving role of content visibility in AI-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and WeChat.
  • Ability to identify trends, community signals, and platform-specific opportunities in international markets.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in content, social media, and campaign performance metrics.

Additional Information:

  • Remote working is available within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.
