About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in Artist Management, focusing on Media/Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and related technologies. You will work with perfectly tailored software systems designed for both artists and managers. This role offers a responsible position within a dedicated team, encouraging independent work and providing freedom to actively shape initiatives through flat hierarchies and flexible structures. You will engage in a diverse, demanding, and exciting range of tasks with renowned clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact person for our internal talents.
• Support the search for new cooperation partners, create new offers, and process incoming inquiries.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and price negotiations with providers and service partners.
• Collaborate with talents to develop concepts and content formats, supporting their realization.
• Serve as the interface between talents and our partners, planning their engagements and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and productions.
• Assist talents in working towards future-oriented goals and create new opportunities beyond their current artist roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Online Marketing, ideally within a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Interest and flair for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient in using all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the execution and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
