Creative Expert - Germany

About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Expert based in Germany with a passion for creative communication and a strong background in PR. This role is crucial for bringing fresh, distinctive ideas to our campaigns and enhancing our brand storytelling capabilities. You will be a key player in complementing our team's existing strengths by developing our creative and brand-oriented vision.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute creatively and strategically to Influencer Marketing (IM) performance campaigns.
• Design and execute innovative creative campaigns, compelling storytelling, and impactful client presentations.
• Generate unique and differentiated ideas for major deadlines and key events.
• Identify and leverage relevant trends for our clients and campaigns.
• Improve and optimize pre-briefing processes, validating content with the team.
• Support the campaign lead in developing strategies and presentations.
• Engage directly with clients and talents through meetings and relationship-building activities.
• Collaborate with the team to propose new opportunities and creative approaches that elevate campaign performance.

Requirements

• Mandatory Languages: Fluent German, English, and Spanish.
• Work experience in Germany, with a strong understanding of the local market and clients.
• Proven experience in PR, creative communications, IM campaigns, storytelling, and presentations.
• Ability to contribute significantly from a brand and content perspective within a campaign team.
• High sensitivity towards product and content development.
• Strong collaborative skills, ability to generate innovative ideas, and maintain consistent client communication.
• Strategic vision and creativity to identify opportunities and add value to projects.
