• Tech & Data: Leverage tracking, feed management, and conversion optimization to maximize ROI.
• Sparring Partner: Advise clients at eye level and impress in pitches with competence, not clichés.
• Innovation: Test new features before they become mainstream and share your knowledge with the team.

Your Profile (Qualifikation):

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of full-funnel SEA experience (agency experience is a plus).
• Mindset: Razor-sharp analytical skills and drive; you identify potential and don't wait for tasks.
• Language: German C2 level is mandatory; good English is a welcome bonus.
• Tools: Proficient with Google Ads, SA360, Merchant Center, and tracking tools.
