Your Role:
As a PHP Developer (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in the ongoing development and scaling of our proprietary CRM solution, the digital core of our permanent hair removal business.

Your Tasks:

• Develop and scale the Laravel-based CRM platform.
• Perform backend development with PHP 8 and Laravel 12.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Connect external systems (Payment, DATEV, Communication, etc.).
• Database design & performance optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Develop unit tests (PHPUnit).
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with Docker & GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments.
• You will be onboarded by an experienced colleague and work alongside a motivated team of up to four developers.

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, relevant professional experience in software development.
• Very good knowledge of PHP 8+ and solid practical experience with Laravel 8+; ideally with recent Laravel versions like 10, 11, or 12.
• Experience in developing modern web applications, backend systems, and scalable software solutions.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, particularly in data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of modern backend architectures, relational databases, RESTful APIs, and integration of external systems.
• Experience in developing, modernizing, and optimizing existing applications.
• Knowledge of JavaScript; experience with Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with unit testing, e.g., using PHPUnit.
• Proficient with Git and a basic understanding of CI/CD processes, e.g., with GitHub Actions or Docker.
• High standards for code quality, maintainability, and clean code.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
• Initiative, quality awareness, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Excellent German language skills and good English skills for technical communication.

Important: PHP 8+, Laravel, and PostgreSQL are essential components of our tech stack and mandatory for this position.
