About the Role:

As a Technical Customer Advisor (m/f/d), you will be the primary technical point of contact for our business clients, offering holistic consulting and support for all technical challenges within the realm of secure voice communication, specifically MCPTT and mobile communications. You will manage customer projects from presales consultation through to stable commissioning and expansion.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Holistically advise and support business clients on all technical challenges related to crisis-proof voice communication in the MCPTT and mobile radio environment.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact and manage customer projects from presales consultation, technical onboarding, and piloting, through to stable commissioning and expansion.
  • Support sales in presales through technical consulting, conceptualization, and customer presentations.
  • Address technical queries from clients, conducting structured error analysis and sustainable problem-solving during testing and ongoing operation.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and technical departments.
  • Integrate customer requirements into the further development of products and services in a structured manner.

Your Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in Mission Critical Push-to-Talk (MCPTT).
  • Very good knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies and end-to-end applications.
  • Good understanding of critical operational and emergency communication systems.
  • Experience in consulting complex technical ITK solutions in the B2B environment.
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in project management and comfortable working in project-oriented structures.
  • Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Completed university degree or vocational training (e.g., in electro-, communication-, or information technology), or comparable qualification, along with several years of relevant professional experience.
