Content Creator & Brand Ambassador (PRO2BE)

Are you passionate about fitness and protein products? Do you live and breathe social media content creation? PRO2BE, a brand under MainTea GmbH, is looking for a dynamic individual to become the face and voice of our fitness brand.

We are an innovative food startup with a growing team of over 29 people, housing four distinct brands: Besser im Glas (Tea & Spices), Bubble Pop (Market Leader Bubble Tea), PRO2BE (Chilled Protein Products), and Honest Coco (Coconut Water), with another smoothie brand in development.

About the Role

You will be the primary content creator and brand ambassador for PRO2BE, bringing genuine passion for fitness and protein products to our social media channels. You understand the target audience, from the gym floor to the editing suite.

Responsibilities

• Be the public face of PRO2BE, engaging our followers with authentic passion for fitness & protein products.
• Take full ownership of PRO2BE's social media content, from ideation to publication.
• Plan and execute video shoots independently, both in front of and behind the camera.
• Identify and capitalize on fitness trends to create impactful content quickly.
• Professionally edit videos, understanding the nuances of effective cuts.
• Bring authentic energy, embodying the target audience's lifestyle.
• Develop formats and concepts that strengthen PRO2BE's brand presence in the fitness sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation; a portfolio or active personal channel is required.
• Genuine passion for fitness, sports, and protein products is a fundamental requirement.
• Comfortable and confident both in front of and behind the camera.
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Creative yet structured approach to work.
