About the Role

As an L&D Specialist (Digital Design), you will be instrumental in developing digital learning solutions that enhance the capabilities of our Claims teams. You will transform complex information into clear, practical learning modules, ensuring our people have the confidence to adapt, grow, and deliver exceptional support to Australians.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital learning solutions to build Claims capability and support business transformation.
• Translate complex claims content into clear, practical learning that improves understanding and adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and shape effective learning solutions.
• Develop high-quality eLearning and digital content that provides a strong learner experience and meets TAL standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to deliver relevant learning for key business initiatives.
• Share expertise to enhance digital design capabilities within the team and introduce fresh thinking to learning methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience creating digital learning using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, or similar.
• Strong instructional design capability to understand learning needs and deliver effective solutions from concept to delivery.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital design, with a proven track record in complex or enterprise environments.
• Solid project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering to timelines while maintaining quality.
• Ability to simplify complex information and translate technical content into easily understandable and applicable learning.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with curiosity, fresh thinking, and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels.
