(Senior) B2B Content & Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your Mission:
Transform content into measurable impact. With strong stories, data-driven campaigns, and smart CRM usage, you will drive visibility, generate qualified leads, and build long-term relationships for Bring! Labs along the entire customer journey. This role focuses on the FMCG and Retail sectors in the DACH region.

What to Expect:

• Content & Formats:
• Create data-based industry reports, success stories, blog posts, and LinkedIn posts.
• Develop target group-specific content across the entire customer journey.
• Lead Generation & Campaigns:
• Build and optimize inbound, automation, and account-based marketing funnels in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Plan and execute email marketing and newsletters.
• Implement and manage campaigns in HubSpot.
• Performance & Optimization:
• Analyze, track, and continuously optimize all measures based on relevant KPIs.

Your Profile:

• Experience & Education:
• Completed degree or apprenticeship in Marketing, Communications, Business, or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or B2B (Trade) Journalism.
• Content & Campaigns:
• Proven success in lead generation and contact reactivation.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, data storytelling, and data visualization.
• Tools & Technology:
• Proficient in HubSpot (Marketing & Content Hub, Workflows, Sequences) or comparable CRM.
• Experienced user of AI tools for research, structuring, and efficiency improvement.
• Languages:
• Native-level German; very good written and spoken English.
• Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of the media industry or experience in digital marketing for retail and brands.
