About the Role:
Contentstack is expanding its partner program and seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to build out a network of strategic technology partners. This is a build role focused on developing a deep, monetized, AI-leaning technology ecosystem that enhances customer value and defends category leadership. You will architect and lead the global strategic technology alliance motion, owning partner selection, monetization strategies, and building a repeatable co-sell engine. This is a quota-carrying role requiring close collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage 360-degree partner relationships from onboarding to pipeline generation and market awareness.
- Define and prioritize key technology categories (foundation models, AI orchestration, data/CDP, vector/search, commerce, hyperscalers) and build a target list of 15-25 partners with business cases.
- Develop joint plans with partners and track progress against agreed metrics.
- Identify opportunities to build joint solutions with partners and take them to market.
- Serve as the portfolio owner and internal subject matter expert for strategic technology partnerships.
- Adapt to a diverse work environment and collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (partners, sales, product, operations, marketing).
- Provide guidance and strategic advice to partners, clients, and account teams on partner growth strategies.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with technology partners.
- Recruit new strategic partnerships to support product roadmap development (e.g., data partners, AI-native partnerships).
- Coordinate with the global partnership team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Manage administrative activities related to partnerships in your region.
- Create and execute a go-to-market strategy for your region.
- Track performance through OKRs, KPIs, and quotas.

- 5-8 years in technology partnerships, alliance management, business development, or ecosystem strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong business judgment and financial metrics.
- Proven track record partnering with foundation model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and AI infrastructure companies, especially in AI, data, cloud, or composable/DXP categories.
- Excellent networking skills and strong connections at all levels.
