Job Description

Join a dedicated team supporting advisers who guide critical life insurance decisions. In this role, you will build meaningful partnerships, enabling advisers to deliver confidence and security to their clients. As part of a high-performing national sales community, you will strengthen relationships, expand reach, and ensure TAL continues to support customers and partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and grow a panel of advisers to drive strong, sustained sales performance.
  • Represent TAL at industry and partner events to build brand presence and generate new adviser opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling product and service insights to enhance TAL’s value to adviser businesses.
  • Develop and execute targeted activity plans to maximize engagement and business growth.
  • Provide high-quality training and support to uplift adviser capability and advocacy.
  • Collaborate nationally to share insights, identify opportunities, and continuously improve adviser outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of life insurance products, advice practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships quickly and create meaningful partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to be clear, straightforward, and influential.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results autonomously.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Acts with integrity and accountability, consistently doing the right thing for customers, advisers, and TAL.
