About the Role:

Inkster, a rapidly growing e-commerce brand known for its unique 2-week tattoos, is seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator to join its dynamic 10-person team. If you live and breathe social media, excel at creative storytelling, and are eager to shape the visual identity of an international love brand, this is the opportunity for you. You will be a key player in developing engaging content that resonates with our audience across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Your Mission:

As a Content Creator, you will be instrumental in shaping Inkster's visual presence on social media. You'll take ownership of the entire content lifecycle, from strategic planning and creative production to performance analysis. Your fresh ideas and trend-spotting abilities will be crucial as we continue to expand Inkster as a modern, international brand.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently produce content for social media channels, covering planning, filming, photography, and publishing.
• Shoot and film our natural 2-week tattoos for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms, capturing both spontaneous moments and planned shoots.
• Create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other social media formats using tools like Instagram, Canva, and video editing software (CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
• Translate creative briefs into high-performing, trend-aware content, bringing your own innovative ideas to the table.
• Analyze content performance and identify optimization opportunities for future posts.
• Collaborate closely with our Creative Strategist to implement creative campaigns.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, creator formats, and platform developments, bringing fresh insights to the team.

Your Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or possess equivalent talent and experience.
• In-depth understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
• Active engagement with social media trends, creator formats, and successful content strategies beyond personal use.
• Previous experience in photo, video, or content production.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Instagram, or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of the differences between UGC, organic content, and performance-oriented video ads.
• Independent, reliable, and highly self-motivated work ethic.
• A keen eye for current trends, visual design, and digital storytelling.
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to start on short notice is a plus.
