Your Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and conceptual consulting to clients for planning and executing social media advertising campaigns and SEA measures (Google Ads).
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to develop target-group-oriented advertisements.
• Analyze, maintain, and monitor campaign data; create reports and derive optimization measures to continuously improve client KPIs.
• Regularly generate reports and analyses for client overview.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in SEA and Social Ads marketing; Google Ads certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in using business and advertising tools for major social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn) and familiar with tracking and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of lead generation, target groups, segmentation & tracking, and web analytics.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel.
• Strengths in analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, structured work approach, and sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and an open personality, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders and persuasion of ideas, English proficiency is a plus.
