What We're Looking For

We are hiring a seasoned content developer and marketer to create world-class content for providers, developers, and technical teams building revenue cycle systems in healthcare. This role focuses on evangelizing Stedi across the RCM ecosystem through engaging technical content. You will be a creative generalist responsible for coding demos, producing videos, publishing content, organizing events, updating the website, and developing sales collateral.

What You'll Do

  • Research: Identify and research topics of interest to customers, sourcing ideas from support requests, sales calls, demos, Slack community, and internal experts.
  • Create Technical Content: Produce and publish engaging written technical content for customers and prospects.
  • Build Demos & Developer Tools: Create and publish demo applications, sample RCM tools, and projects showcasing Stedi's capabilities.
  • Produce Content: Develop blog posts, YouTube tutorials, explainer videos, and other content to help developers understand Stedi's APIs and healthcare billing workflows.
  • Mine Customer Knowledge: Utilize AI tools to extract common questions from customer interactions and transform them into guides and demos.
  • Represent Stedi Publicly: Serve as a public-facing voice for Stedi's developer community in online spaces.
  • Measure Impact: Track content performance using metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Who You Are

  • Technical: Possess a background in technical operations, content, or software engineering. Comfortable engaging technical audiences, producing content for software engineers, making API requests, building demo apps, and using the command line.
  • Expert Technical Communicator: Proven ability to write high-quality technical content and explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable on Camera: Capable of clearly and confidently explaining and demoing technical products on screen.
  • Skilled Editor: Proficient in scripting, recording, editing, and publishing video content independently.
  • Builder: Enjoys designing and scaling systems, experimenting with new tools, and leveraging AI for efficiency.
  • Fast-Paced: Moves quickly, communicates progress, and asks for help when needed.
  • Developer Advocate: Understands developer needs and can make complex systems understandable.
  • Detail-Oriented: Thrives on details and ensures success in all tasks.
