Role Overview

Fresha is seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to drive new business growth and expand our presence across Southern Europe. Reporting to the General Manager of Southern Europe, you will collaborate with the Commercial team and strategic partners. This remote role offers ownership of a high-growth territory, requiring proactive field sales activity, a consultative approach, and the ability to build strong local relationships. What You Will Be Doing

  • Consistently achieve sales targets (KPIs).
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social touches to key decision-makers, including in-person meetings as appropriate.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on ongoing industry trends.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all CRM outcomes.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability as a hunter and relationship builder.
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire for continuous growth and development.

Added Bonus

  • Fluency in Spanish and another language, preferably Basque.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.

Interview Process

  • Screening Call (30 mins)
  • 1st Stage Video Interview (45 mins)
  • Final Stage + Presentation Video Interview (75 mins)
  • The entire process aims to be completed within 2 weeks.
