About the Role

This is Sprinto's inaugural enterprise sales leadership position in the United States. You will be responsible for building and owning the entire enterprise sales motion from the ground up. This includes developing the sales playbook, closing early lighthouse enterprise logos, and scaling a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives. Reporting directly to the co-founders, you will have a direct line to product strategy and the company's North American growth trajectory. Your buyers will be CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Compliance at mid-market and enterprise companies.

What Your Impact Will Look Like

  • Build Enterprise Sales Motion: Establish the outbound strategy, account prioritization framework, and repeatable sales process for the US enterprise market.
  • Player-Coach Role: Personally close net-new enterprise logos while building and mentoring a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting standards for discovery, multi-threading, and pipeline discipline.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and consistently achieve a million-dollar-plus revenue target through rigorous pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Consultants, SDRs, and Marketing to ensure optimal deal support while maintaining relationship ownership.
  • GTM Strategy Influence: Work directly with co-founders to shape Sprinto's North America go-to-market strategy, influencing product direction and GTM priorities based on market feedback.
  • Community Engagement: Represent Sprinto within the CISO and security compliance community to build relationships and generate pipeline.

What You Will Bring to the Team

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building a sales motion from scratch at a challenger brand, establishing pipeline through outbound discipline and genuine buyer relationships.
  • Technical Sales Acumen: Experience selling to CISO, VP Engineering, or CTO buyers in technical security, GRC, or compliance-adjacent SaaS environments, capable of holding credible conversations about security workflows and risk management.
  • Player-Coach Experience: Proven history of managing and developing a small team of Account Executives while remaining hands-on with deals.
  • Quota Attainment: Sustained track record of carrying and exceeding significant quotas as both an individual contributor and team leader for 2-3 consecutive years.
  • Pipeline Instincts: Strong ability to articulate pipeline generation, account prioritization, and forecast accuracy from self-sourced pipelines.
  • Ambiguity Tolerance: Comfort and experience operating in environments with incomplete infrastructure, knowing how to build before scaling.
  • Sales Methodologies: Working knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Force Management applied consistently.
  • Global Collaboration: Experience working with teams across different geographies and time zones.
