This is Sprinto's inaugural enterprise sales leadership position in the United States. You will be responsible for building and owning the entire enterprise sales motion from the ground up. This includes developing the sales playbook, closing early lighthouse enterprise logos, and scaling a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives. Reporting directly to the co-founders, you will have a direct line to product strategy and the company's North American growth trajectory. Your buyers will be CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Compliance at mid-market and enterprise companies.
