About the Role

Digital.ai is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This position is crucial for driving our sales pipeline and bringing new business to Digital.ai. It's an ideal opportunity for individuals eager to launch their career in software sales and make a significant impact on our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market using various tools and platforms.
  • Initiate contact with leads through cold calling, emails, and social media to generate interest in Digital.ai’s software solutions.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads within a specified timeframe, assessing their potential as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Continuously update knowledge of Digital.ai’s products and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

What You Will Bring

  • English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume prospecting and outreach via multi-channel approaches (cold calling, email, social media).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo.io, and other lead generation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented remote environment.
