Core Responsibilities

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will primarily manage deliveries and be the go-to point of contact for all operational matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating client deliverables and documentation, ensuring quality control for execution-ready results.
• Liaising with business teams to provide operational support and communicate the status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, and delivery issues.
• Conducting periodic competitive industry research to identify opportunities for product efficiency and business growth.
• Facilitating the upload and maintenance of our suite of apps, coordinating with cross-functional teams for a smooth, efficient, and error-free process.
• Running extensive compliance checks on live deliveries to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of client assets to guarantee business continuity.

Who Should Apply?

• 2024 & 2025 Graduates (Bachelor's degree).
• Comfortable working within the 2 pm - 11 pm IST working window.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a process-driven mindset.
• Excellent work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and proficient time management skills.
• Ability to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• A passion for learning and the ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment.
• Clear communication skills, providing clear correspondence and ensuring all expectations and details are understood.
