About the Program

We are redesigning a client's superapp from the ground up, involving a new product architecture, user experience, and integrated value proposition. This is a large-scale, strategic program with multiple parallel squads and high executive visibility.

What You Will Do

You will be the link between the program's strategy and the squads' execution, ensuring the overall vision is coherent and that each team understands its direction, deliverables, and contribution to the redesign.

In practice, this means:

• End-to-End Program Leadership: Structure and maintain the integrated roadmap for the redesign, identifying dependencies, risks, and blockers between squads before they become issues.
• Define and Refine Strategic Milestones: Collaborate with product, tech, and business leadership to translate the program vision into clear, prioritized, and achievable objectives for each squad.
• Ensure Continuous Alignment: Facilitate synchronization rituals between squads, promote cross-team visibility, and act as a priority arbitrator in case of conflicts.
• Bridge with Executive Leadership: Produce high-quality executive reports that are clear, decision-oriented, and tailored to each audience.
• Remove Impediments: Proactively address any obstacles hindering squad progress, whether they are process-related, technical dependencies, or open decisions.

What We Expect From You

• Experience in managing product programs or portfolios in complex digital environments, preferably with multiple parallel squads.
• Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic and operational levels.
• Skill in structuring ambiguity: transforming broad guidelines into concrete objectives and measurable success criteria.
• Strong communication skills, both in presentations and written documents.
• A background in digital product, fintech, insurtech, or large technology companies is valued.
