About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients. As a trusted advisor, you will drive customer success, retention, and revenue growth, ensuring clients maximize the value of our platform and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to develop long-term partnerships, align business objectives, and identify expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, aligning platform usage with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews, monitor performance against KPIs, and recommend optimization strategies.

Customer Retention & Growth:

  • Monitor account health, adoption, and satisfaction to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful product adoption.
  • Advocate for customer needs and share feedback with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Account Management processes.

Enterprise Account Leadership:

  • Manage complex, multi-product, and international customer relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business challenges and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Ensure alignment between headquarters, regional teams, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing SaaS role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing renewals, upselling, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including executive-level interactions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder, and international accounts.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, OR French and English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.
