Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media) - Remote, U.S. Hours

Location: Remote (U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager with a proven ability to convert ad spend into qualified leads and revenue. You will own paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. This is a hands-on role requiring direct campaign management and a focus on improving CPA, ROAS, and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok.
  • Design and execute full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies.
  • Launch campaigns end-to-end, including structure, targeting, tracking, creatives, and optimization.
  • Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate on creative production.
  • Ensure alignment of messaging across paid, organic, and content channels.

Optimization & Scaling

  • Monitor campaigns daily and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Conduct structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
  • Optimize budgets and targeting to improve CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Identify and scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
  • Stay current with platform changes, algorithms, and privacy updates.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate (CVR).
  • Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards for performance evaluation.
  • Create clear reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Translate data into strategic improvements.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
  • Provide data-backed feedback on creatives and messaging.
  • Contribute to broader growth initiatives across paid, content, and lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Proven track record in improving CPA, ROAS, and campaign scalability.
  • Strong experience in B2B lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Deep understanding of PPC fundamentals (bidding, targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization).
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tracking, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to independently launch and optimize campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong ad copywriting skills and a testing mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Funnel optimization and advanced audience segmentation experience.
  • Google Ads or Meta certifications.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or large ad budgets.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
