About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to provide expert advice within our ServiceNow Sovereign Partner Cloud offering. You will analyze customer requirements, advise on ServiceNow licenses, and collaborate closely with our account management and technical teams to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation for our ServiceNow Sovereign Partner Cloud offering, integrated with our existing product and technology portfolio.
• Analyze customer requirements and align them with ServiceNow or the customer's ServiceNow implementation partner.
• Advise on necessary ServiceNow licenses.
• Collaborate closely with our tech-savvy account management and participate in customer meetings and discussions.
• Develop concepts and technical solution designs for proposals and tender responses.
• Advance our ServiceNow hosting portfolio in coordination with specialist departments and partners.
• Create sales support materials and presentations.
• Evaluate innovations and provide suggestions for improvement to product management.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, a comparable degree with a focus on Informatics, or a successfully completed vocational training program.
• Several years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, architecture, or technical consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one ServiceNow module (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SecOps) and understanding of the platform architecture.
• Strong interest in the efficient integration of IT and business processes.
• Ability to analyze and structure complex issues and present them clearly.
• Customer and service orientation, with occasional willingness to travel.
• Presentation skills and very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken).
• High level of commitment, engagement, and willingness to learn, including in related subject areas.
