About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive new customer acquisition within the enterprise and public sectors. You will leverage your sales expertise and understanding of ServiceNow Sovereign Cloud solutions to identify customer needs, position our offerings, and manage the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • New Customer Acquisition: Actively identify and acquire new customers in the enterprise and public sectors through direct sales and partnerships with ServiceNow and other collaborators.
  • Solution Selling: Understand data protection (GDPR) and sovereignty-related pain points, and position the Sovereign ServiceNow Cloud as the optimal operating solution.
  • Pipeline Management: Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through complex tender procedures to successful contract closure.
  • Networking: Strategically expand partnerships within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including consulting partners and implementers.

Qualifications

  • Sales DNA: Proven success in acquiring new customers in the IT service or hosting environment.
  • ServiceNow Know-how: In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and the strategic value of Sovereign Cloud solutions for end customers.
  • Communication Skills: Negotiation confidence at C-level and persuasive presentation of complex technical concepts.
  • Languages: Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
  • Network: Ideally, existing contacts with IT decision-makers focusing on German data center locations.
