As a Global Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and sales meetings, and nurture Malt clients globally. While your primary focus will be the French market, you will play a pivotal role in the global marketing squad, sharing best practices and supporting cross-regional campaigns.
You will report to the global Head of Field Marketing within the Demand & Performance Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities β¨
- Plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new Enterprise customers and market to existing customers, including integrated campaigns, events, ABM 1to1 programs, and digital marketing.
- Partner with relevant marketing teams (Demand Gen, Communications, Product Marketing, Brand) to create demand generation campaigns or localize global campaigns for the UK market.
- Establish the calendar of events (digital and physical) and marketing campaigns, aligning with sales objectives and go-to-market strategies.
- Organize events (Malt-hosted and sponsorships), leveraging resources as needed.
- Align with Enterprise & global sales teams, working closely with sales leadership to align marketing activities with business needs, hold business reviews, and participate in sales meetings.
- Facilitate access to all marketing resources (events, ebooks, articles, etc.).
- Facilitate the feedback loop with sales.
- Analyze program activity results, metrics, and reports to determine effectiveness.
- Participate in transversal projects and/or global activities.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience, preferably in the tech industry.
- Experience supporting complex buying cycles and interacting effectively with large sales teams.
- Superior project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- High comfort level with a fast-changing environment.
- Full proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) is appreciated.
